NJ NINJA - Women's self defense

Self-Defense for Women
NJ Bujinkan - Friend from Koteki Dojo Defend yourself against attackers by learning easy techniques that were developed from an authentic Japanese martial art.
Learn to employ distance, angling and timing (DAT)
Successfully fend off bigger and stronger attackers without using strength
Develop greater confidence and a sense of well-being knowing that you can handle a confrontation
Utilizes everyday objects as weapons.
This class is appropriate for women 16 years and older.

$65 per month (2 classes per week) or $20 per class

Tuesday night 8:30 PM - 9:15 PM and Saturday 3:30 PM - 4:15 PM
