Our Shinobi Ninja class is fast paced and exciting. It's open to young boys and girls age 10 - 14 and we provide a safe and non-competitive environment to learn jumping, rolling, falling, punching and kicking, self defense techniques and weapons. We encourage them to feel comfortable with falling down and rolling on the ground. We also introduce them to weapons usage (traditional and non-traditional). Using balance, timing and the distance between them and an attacker is also taught at this level. To improve their eye and hand coordination we teach them the basic punching and kicking drills as well as target acquisition.

Our main focus at this level is to teach them to feel comfortable and confident to be able to defend themselves should they be attacked in the street.
