Self Defense Workshops

Each month our dojo has a different themed workshop. The workshop is open to anyone over the age of 18, man or woman and no martial arts experience is required to participate.

These workshops are designed for the person that doesn NOT want to learn a martial art but still wants to learn how to defend themself. These workshop are held in an open and sharing forum. Realistic attacks and scenarios are taught in a safe yet aggresive manner so that the student learns without any injury to him/her self and their training partner.
